pregnancy risks

As you know, pregnancy is not always problem-free and obstacles or surprises may arise on the way. Couples who become pregnant after fertility treatment are often more worried about possible complications than couples who become pregnant spontaneously. Fortunately, this concern is often unwarranted.

Nevertheless, pregnancies following fertility treatment have, in some cases, a slightly increased chance of an early miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy. This section therefore provides some information about these complications although a detailed discussion of all the possible complications of pregnancy falls outside the scope of this website.
